Cape Town, Victoria Falls & Chobe National Park
This 9-day journey through South Africa, Victoria Falls and Chobe will take you through Cape Peninsula, the wine region of Stellenbosch, one of the largest waterfalls in the world and the Chobe National Park which houses over 120,000 wild elephants. Enjoy morning wellness activities, hiking up to Table Mountain, kayaking around Boulder's Beach to visit the South African penguins at Boulder Beach and a wine safari visit in Stellenbosch. As we depart South Africa, you will be greeted by the adventured fill region of Victoria Falls before concluding the trip with a two-night stay in Chobe. Each morning and evening, you will search for many of the local animals such as Rhinos, Elephants, Giraffes, Zebras, Lions, Cheetahs and Leopards.

Day 1

Arrival - Cape Town

Welcome to Cape Town, the oldest city in South Africa and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a private transfer to your hotel where you will start your experience of a lifetime.
Tonight is at your leisure to experience your well-appointed hotel and have a taste of the local South African fare.

Day 2

Cape Town

After a leisurely breakfast, your day will start with a Table Mountain hike from the lower cable station on Taffelklip Gorge. You will experience jaw dropping photo opportunities of the iconic front face of the mountain and its imposing cliffs as we trail up a beautiful deep ravine. After a brief city tour which highlight areas such as The Cape Castle, City Hall, and Malay Quarter, we conclude our day at Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden. This opportunity includes a walk above the trees on the Tree Top Canopy, a snake skeleton inspired walkway also known as “The Bookslang”.
After returning to your hotel to freshen up, we head out for dinner at The Alba Restaurant. The Alba, a first of its kind and the only fine dining restaurant boat in Cape Town, will take guests on a tour through the fishing industry and yacht harbor in the V&A Waterfront. Expect breathtaking views of the Cape Town skyline from the fully glass-enclosed restaurant boat, including sights like Table Mountain and the sparkling lights of the harbor at night.

Day 3

Cape Town

This morning we will set off for Cape Peninsula, where we will experience the sparkling water of the Atlantic Ocean and feel the spray of salt water on your face. Using easy to paddle, two person kayaks, we will explore the crystal waterways of this fascinating area. Enjoy the views of the rocky pools and enjoy the warmth of the sun on your shoulders as you view the penguins waddling over the rocks and gliding through the water! After drying off, we will visit the Cape of Good Hope section of Table Mountain National Park. This area is an integral part of the world-renowned Cape Floral Kingdom, and a photographer's dream!
Our last stop will leave you with your adrenaline pumping! Our Zipline Adventure starts high in the mountains and slowly descends the slopes offering the most amazing panoramic views of Cape Town and surrounding you with indescribable flora and fauna.
After returning to the hotel for a few hours of leisure, we will end our day with a culinary experience at Pigalle Restaurant.

Day 4

Cape Town – Stellenbosch – Cape Town

After a leisurely breakfast this morning, you will be met for your transfer to the magical Cape Wineland for an unforgettable wine farm visit, lunch, and wine “Safari”.
The day begins with a wine tasting at Vergenoegd Löw Wine Estate. Visit the duck parade together with a working flock of over 1,200 Indian Runner Ducks on the farm. After the visit, we will continue to lunch at Tokara restaurant, which is situated 400 meters above sea level on top of the Helshoogte Pass outside Stellenbosch and offers guests breathtaking views of the mountainous region below.
After lunch, we will continue on our wine safari. The Wine Drive Safari is a unique three-hour trip on a safari-type vehicle, through the 120-hectare estate on the beautiful slopes of the Helderberg mountain. This experience allows the chance to taste the award-winning estate wines among the vineyards of their origin and will be expertly guided through all the aspects of what makes this area so biologically diverse and unique. Various light snacks, which are well suited to pair with the individual wines, will accompany the wine tasting. The experience will culminate with the Wine and Chocolate Tasting, back at the winery.
The rest of the evening is at leisure for you to explore on your own.

Day 5

Cape Town – Victoria Falls

Breakfast at the hotel
Once you have concluded your checkout formalities, you will be met and collected for your transfer to the Cape Town International Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls.
Upon arrival in Victoria Falls, you will be met and collected for your transfer to the hotel for check-in where you will have leisure time for lunch on your own. Later in the afternoon, you will be collected for your guided tour of the mighty Victoria Falls.
Described by the Kololo tribe living in the area in the 1800s as ‘Mosi-oa-Tunya’—'the Smoke that Thunders” and in more modern terms as “the greatest known curtain of falling water”. Victoria Falls is a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe.
A path along the edge of the forest provides you with an unparalleled series of views of the falls, although we can guarantee you will get a little wet!
One special vantage point is across the Knife edge bridge, where visitors can have the finest view of the Eastern Cataract and the Main Falls as well as the Boiling Pot where the river turns and heads down the Batoka Gorge.
Other vantage points include the Falls bridge and the Lookout Tree, which commands a panoramic view across the Main Falls.
The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Day 6

Victoria Falls

Enjoy breakfast and leisure time at the hotel to partake in wellness activities or simply relax at your pool. In the afternoon, you will be met and collected for your Pot 'n Paddle Adventure.
This immersive experience allows guests to be guided by our chefs and prepare their own Potjie dinner on the banks of the Zambezi River, before departing on an upper Zambezi River Canoe or Raft Drift.
This traditional cooking method is done in a cast Iron three-legged pot, the Potjie, which descended from the Dutch Oven brought from the Netherlands to South Africa in the 17th century and are found in the homes and villages of people throughout Southern Africa.
After preparation during the cooking process, each guest will be taken on an upper Zambezi River Canoe or Raft Drift with experienced guides in the Zambezi National Park where they will be treated by the local animals and beautiful scenery. Afterwards, you will be dropped off back at the Pure Africa Waterfront, where you will enjoy a three-course meal with your “POT” as the main course.

Day 7

Victoria Falls – Chobe

Once you have concluded your checkout formalities and finished breakfast, you will be met and collected for your transfer to Kasane Immigration Point in Kasane, Botswana, which takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
You will be taken by a 15-minute boat Transfer across Chobe River from Kasane Immigration in Botswana and Kasika Immigration at Chobe Water Villas in Namibia to the Chobe Water Villas.
Upon check in, we will have lunch at the lodge. Later in the afternoon you will be taken on a 3-hour Chobe River Safari along the banks of the Chobe National Park. The safari is relaxing and exhilarating at the same time. The river safari offers snacks, soft drinks, local spirits, beers, wines, and bottled water. Enjoy the scenery and unique perspective on this safari, spending time up close with Crocodiles, Hippos, Buffalo, and other native animals.

Day 8

Chobe

Start your morning off with tea and coffee before departing for a morning game drive activity. Upon return, breakfast will be served at the lodge. The rest of the day will be at leisure for wellness activities, individual exploration and relaxation. Join us in the afternoon for another game drive activity and African sunset before spending the rest of your evening at leisure.
Choice of two (am and/or pm) activities include:
Morning open 4x4 Game Drive Safari into Chobe National Park including Park Fees, Tea, Coffee, Biscuits, or Rusks and Bottled Water.
